He was surrounded by affection and esteem, enjoying the utmost trust of the President of the Republic as Advisor for Legal and Judicial Affairs, and subsequently as Chief of Staff of the Presidency of the Republic, where he was universally recognized for the utmost dedication in performing his supreme national duties with meticulous care and supreme precision.

In his passing, we lose a capable official, a zealous patriot, and a man of towering spirit and lofty stature whose presence inspired dignity, departing this life as he surrendered his soul to its Creator: « O soul at peace, return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him], and enter among My servants, and enter My Paradise », Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

O Allah, bestow Your mercy upon him, welcome him into Your spacious Paradise, and grant us, his family, his loved ones, and all who knew his noble traits, patience and steadfastness.
