Message of Condolence from the President of the Republic to the Family of Sheikh Said El-Hadj Mohamed Benbrahim "Kâabeche"

With hearts faithful to Allah's decree and destiny, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, learned today of the passing of the Mujahid Sheikh Said El-Hadj Mohamed Benbrahim "Kâabeche", born in El Atteuf in 1929, one of Algeria's devoted figures, a symbol of honorary leadership, and President of the El Nahda Association from 2002 to 2006, who spent his life serving religion and the homeland as an interpreter of the Holy Quran, and a guiding role model in religious and social reform.

The deceased dedicated his life to spreading knowledge and instilling the tolerant values of Islam, leaving behind a noble legacy and a scholarly and spiritual heritage that will remain eternal in the nation's memory.

In light of this immense loss, the President of the Republic extends his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the deceased, to the revolutionary community, and to his students and loved ones, praying to Almighty God to grant the deceased His vast mercy, admit him to His spacious Paradise, and bestow patience and solace upon his bereaved family.
