Phone Call Between President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Nigerien President General Abdourahamane Tiani

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held a phone call today with his brother, the President of the Republic of Niger, General of the Army Abdourahamane Tiani, to inquire about the situation in brotherly Niger.

The President of the Republic extended his thanks and congratulations to his brother, the Nigerien President, for his successful efforts in thwarting the attempt to destabilize Niger.

For his part, President Abdourahamane Tiani reassured his brother, the President of the Republic, confirming that the situation is under full control, and expressing his appreciation for sisterly Algeria's firm stance alongside Niger and its people.

In turn, the President of the Republic reaffirmed to his brother Abdourahamane Tiani that Algeria will always stand by brotherly Niger, its people, and its institutions, supporting them across all domains and under all circumstances.

The two Presidents also reviewed the progress of joint projects agreed upon during the recent visit of President Abdourahamane Tiani to Algeria, which serve as a powerful impetus for development in brotherly Niger.
