In Minsk, Minister of State Ahmed Attaf Lays a Wreath at the Victory Monument

At the start of his official visit to the Republic of Belarus, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, laid a wreath this morning at the Victory Monument in the capital, Minsk, paying tribute to the heroes who sacrificed their lives during World War II.
