During Visit as Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, Minister of State Ahmed Attaf Holds Talks with Chadian Counterpart

Within the framework of his working visit to the Republic of Chad in his capacity as Special Envoy of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held talks with his Chadian counterpart, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Chadians Abroad, Mr. Abderaman Koulamallah.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the status and prospects of bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly countries, with both ministers expressing satisfaction with the progress achieved in implementing the commitments agreed upon by the leaders of both nations.

In this context, the two sides agreed on the necessity of reinforcing the momentum characterizing bilateral cooperation through an in-depth evaluation of its various fields and optimal preparation for upcoming bilateral milestones, thereby elevating the Algerian-Chadian partnership to broader horizons.

Translating the supreme directives of the leaders of both countries into action, the two ministers reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining regular consultation and coordination, and to working jointly to overcome various obstacles that may impede the execution of agreed-upon projects and programs, thus ensuring the realization of the objectives of the bilateral partnership and the aspirations of the brotherly Algerian and Chadian peoples.
