Belarusian President Alexandre Loukachenko Receives Minister of State Ahmed Attaf in Minsk

As part of his official visit to the Republic of Belarus, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, was received this morning by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Alexandre Loukachenko.

On this occasion, the Minister of State conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to his Belarusian counterpart, along with his wishes for good health and happiness, and for further progress and prosperity for the people of the Republic of Belarus.

During the audience, both sides discussed the remarkable momentum in relations between the two countries, in light of the progress made in implementing the outcomes of the official visit paid by the President of the Republic of Belarus to Algeria in December 2025.

In a press statement following the meeting, Minister Attaf commended the progress achieved in fulfilling bilateral commitments, emphasizing President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's keenness to work alongside his Belarusian counterpart to elevate relations between the two countries to broader horizons and higher levels, in service of the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
