On the Occasion of Independence Day: The Embassy of Algeria in Sarajevo Honors Distinguished Talents and Outstanding Students from the Community

Within the framework of celebratory events marking the 64th anniversary of Independence and Youth Day, the Embassy organized a ceremony to honor several members of our community residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina who have excelled and distinguished themselves in various scientific, academic, and sports fields.
In this regard, His Excellence Ambassador Mr. Mohammed Meraimi presided over the honoring of:

The young athlete Amir Boudelaa, who recently won multiple gold medals in international Jiu-jitsu tournaments and sporting events;

Dr. Aida Hakimi, a pediatrician, in recognition of her significant contributions to the development of the medical system in Sarajevo;

Dr. Ouice Nacima, a professor and researcher in the field of mathematics and exact sciences at the University of Sarajevo;
-
The outstanding student Messaoudi Assala, a PhD candidate in Molecular Biology at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS).
During the reception hosted by the Embassy in their honor, in the presence of their families, the Ambassador commended the tremendous efforts and sacrifices made by the honorees to achieve excellence in their respective fields. He emphasized the Embassy's commitment to supporting them and all Algerian talents in Bosnia and Herzegovina, enabling them to sustain their success and honor Algeria abroad.
