The Ambassador of Algeria in Sarajevo Participates in the Commemoration of the 31st Anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide

In a solemn atmosphere, His Excellence the Ambassador of Algeria to Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the ceremonies marking the 31st anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre, which claimed the lives of thousands of Bosnian Muslims.

The official ceremonies were attended by the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Denis Bećirović, alongside numerous international delegations, heads of diplomatic missions and international bodies accredited to Sarajevo, as well as civil society organizations and the victims' families.

On this occasion, the Ambassador expressed to the families of the victims Algeria's full solidarity and its unwavering support for the stability, integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the unity of its people within the framework of the values of peace and coexistence.

He also signed the book of condolences opened at the Memorial Center, located opposite the central cemetery where the victims of this heinous genocide were laid to rest.
