Presidential elections on 07 September 2024.
On Monday 02nd of September 2024, the members of the Algerian community living in Bosnia-Herzegovina fulfilled their national electoral duty by going to the headquarters of the Algerian Embassy in Sarajevo, which houses the polling station.
The enthusiasm shown by the Algerians of Bosnia-Herzegovina on this occasion can be explained by the importance of this particular electoral event for the future of the country, but also by the singular nature of this event.
This was indeed the first time that our fellow citizens voted on Bosnian soil, thanks to the opening of the Algerian diplomatic representation in Sarajevo, two years ago. Previously, they had for such occasions, to make the time-consuming trip to our Embassy in Rome.
